As Co-Owners and founders of Watson Law Firm, Rick Watson has dedicated his life to doing what's best for others. Since graduating with his JD from University of Arkansas School of Law, Fayetteville in 1994, he has been working diligently for those who need his assistance.

Shayne joined our firm as a Law Clerk in January, 2024. He will graduate from Law School at the University of Arkansas in May, 2024.

Dawn joined the firm in 2011 in the Stockton, Missouri office and moved to the Harrison, Arkansas location in 2012. She has degrees in Business Administration and Education which help her in her service to our clients. With two children and 3 grandchildren, she is kept very busy in her spare time. She also likes working in her yard, hiking the trails and spending time on the Buffalo River. 

Sunshine has been with us since 2019. Her knowledge of the family law aspect of our firm makes her an integral member of our team. The rapport she has with clients makes them feel comfortable and understood during some of the most trying times of their lives. Sunshine enjoys spending time with her husband, their children and grandchildren, 2 American Pitties and a Chihuahua. She spends her spare time attending live theater shows, baking, collecting shiny rocks, gardening and staring at the moon. 

As our newest legal assistant, Aleatha is quickly learning and becoming a valuable asset to the bankruptcy team. She comes to us with previous experience in the nursing and vet tech fields, and loves being our in-house vet tech for our Emotional Paw-professionals. The Ozarks has been her home most of her life. She raised 3 children here, and is enjoying spending time with her 9 grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, spelunking, exploring local history, fishing, gardening – pretty much anything outdoors. 

Winston, the Goldendoodle, has been coming to the office every day since Mercedes got him in 2019 at the age of 6 weeks. He is a fluffy, huggable joy for the staff and clients. 

Gracie was rescued by Dawn when she was 6 months old in 2022. She is still working on her social graces and is overcoming her fear of strangers. 

Baxter The Boxer has been with the firm since May, 2023. He is a retired emotional support dog and is always available to provide comfort to clients.
